Students enrolled in any course or membership (free or paid) may view, print, download, and consume content. This content may not be shared with outside parties. If you share it with outside parties you will be immediately removed from the course and we will pursue possible further legal action.  

Coursework Copyright Policy

The workbooks, resource lists, and printables provided in the course are designed to support your growth and success. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared with others. Sharing any of the course materials with individuals outside of your business or distributing them to other businesses is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of our terms and conditions.

It is permitted to share completed course materials with a business partner or employee directly involved in implementing the course content, but further distribution is not allowed. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in legal action.

IMAGES AND ARTWORK: All artwork, video, and graphics used on this platform are either 1) owned by, photographed by, or created by Stacie Bloomfield. If Stacie Bloomfield does not hold the copyright for any media it shall be credited as such.  


COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Our goal is to maintain a safe, supportive, and trustworthy environment within the Leverage Your Art (LYA) and Creative Powerhouse Society (CPS) communities. We take the security and well-being of our members seriously. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the community.

By participating in these communities, you agree to the following:

  1. Treat all members with respect.
  2. Understand that admins reserve the right to remove unrelated or inappropriate comments or posts without notice.
  3. Refrain from gossiping, demeaning others, or engaging in negative behavior.
  4. Do not promote your products, services, affiliate links, or recruit other members. You may only share promotional links if specifically requested by another member.
  5. Avoid using inappropriate, discriminatory, or illegal language.
  6. Be kind, supportive, and encouraging toward fellow students throughout the program.

Posts that violate these guidelines will be deleted without prior notice.


PRIVACY POLICY

- Learn With Stacie Bloomfield (Gingiber LLC) may not publicly share any past and current students/members' personal information, posts, or comments shared within Kajabi, Leverage Your Art, Our Facebook Group (Create and Grow), or The Creative Powerhouse Society, or any other course that we sell without explicit written consent from all parties.

- No email or social media direct message correspondence between past and current students/members and Learn With Stacie Bloomfield may be shared publicly unless with explicit written consent from all parties.

Violation of our privacy policy will result in immediate termination of the student/member's course/membership access and the student/member will be removed from the respective Facebook Group/Online Community.

General Courses Refund Policy:

Refunds are not offered for any of our courses unless specifically stated in this Terms of Use. In some cases, we may offer refunds at our discretion, considering factors like unforeseen personal circumstances or other extenuating situations.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT TERMS/ CANCELLATION

We want you to be THRILLED by the programs and courses.  

However, if you feel the course or membership isn't for you, here's how to proceed:  


CREATIVE POWERHOUSE SOCIETY

For Members Who Signed Up in September 2024 onward: 

  • Monthly Subscribers: Payment is auto-drafted monthly.

  • Annual Subscribers: Payment is auto-drafted every 12 months.

  • Cancellation Requests: You can submit a cancellation request through the instructions in the membership FAQ document in the student portal. After cancellation, your access to all membership content will be revoked. You will only have access while your membership is active.

Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for annual memberships or monthly payments.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing date. For monthly subscribers, that date is the same each month; for annual subscribers, it's the same day each year.
  • Pricing: Membership pricing is locked in at the time of enrollment. If you cancel and return later, the current membership fees at that time will apply.

Refund exceptions may be made at the discretion of Stacie and her team, on a case-by-case basis.


For Members Who Signed Up in November 2022 to August 2024:

In November 2022, the Creative Powerhouse Society transitioned to a 12-month membership commitment with two payment options:

  • Single Flat Fee Payment
  • 12 Monthly Installments

At checkout, members agreed to the Terms and Conditions by selecting a mandatory checkbox. This agreement is legally binding.

  • Payment Commitment: If you selected the 12-installment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all 12 payments. You cannot cancel or terminate the payment plan before the full amount has been collected.
  • Cancellation Requests: You may submit a cancellation request at any time following the instructions in the membership FAQ document within the student portal. However, cancellation will only take effect after the payment plan has been fulfilled.
  • Membership Access: You will continue to have access to all membership content until your payment plan is completed. Once the 12 payments are finished, your access to content and the membership will be revoked unless you renew your membership.

Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for annual memberships or payment plans.
  • Pricing: Your membership price is locked in at the time of enrollment. If you cancel your membership and decide to rejoin in the future, you will be subject to the current membership fees at that time.

Refund exceptions may be made at the discretion of Stacie Bloomfield and her team, on a case-by-case basis.

LEVERAGE YOUR ART

New Student Refund Eligibility

As a new student, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund Window: You can request a refund within the first 14 days from the release of Module 1 (the "start of the course").
  • Participation: You must participate in Module 1. If you’re not satisfied, email classes@gingiber.com with the following:
    • Proof of completed assignments for each lesson in Module 1.
    • An explanation of why the course didn’t work for you.
  • Returning Materials: You must return the materials (workbook/student journey box, etc.) at your own expense to the following address:
    • 1503 Carley Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
    • Shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the course start date. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned physical materials (workbook/student journey box, etc.).

After the 14-day refund window, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full course fee, whether or not you complete the program.

Note: Alumni who purchase the course at a discounted price are not eligible for a refund.

Payment Plan Policy

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to the following:

  • Payments are automatically charged on the same day each month.
  • If you don’t request a refund within 14 days after the course start date and provide the required coursework, you are legally obligated to complete all payments.
  • If a payment fails, your access may be removed from the course and bonuses. Reinstatement occurs once payments are complete or a new plan is arranged.
  • Failure to pay will result in the debt being pursued through necessary means.
  • By selecting the payment plan, you agree to have the payment method used at signup automatically charged on the scheduled dates until the balance is paid in full.
  • The payment plan is not a subscription or membership and cannot be canceled after the 14 day period mentioned above. It is a commitment to pay the full course fee.

Exceptions

Refunds after the 14 days after the course start date are at the discretion of Stacie Bloomfield or her team. Exceptions may be made for unforeseen personal or extenuating circumstances.

Note: Please do not enroll if you're simply wanting to "check it out." This course is for committed students only.

Alumni Refund Policy & Enrollment Terms

As an alumnus of the Leverage Your Art course, special conditions apply to any future course purchases or offers.

Alumni Refund Eligibility

  • Alumni who purchase the Leverage Your Art course at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds. All payments made under alumni offers are non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.

Alumni Course Access

  • When alumni enroll in a new offering of the Leverage Your Art course, they will maintain access to all applicable course materials as part of their updated enrollment.

Creative Powerhouse Society Members

  • Alumni who are current members of the Creative Powerhouse Society and also enroll in the Leverage Your Art course are not eligible for any additional benefits or extended membership. No discounts or additional months of membership will be offered as part of the Leverage Your Art course enrollment.

Alumni Pricing and Offers

  • Any special pricing or offers extended to alumni are one-time offers and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. If you cancel or choose not to complete the payment plan on an alumni offer, the original alumni discount will not apply to future purchases, and you will be subject to the current pricing at the time of re-enrollment.

Booking 15-Minute Calls

These calls are for individuals seriously considering enrolling in the Leverage Your Art course. They are designed to clarify any questions you may have before enrolling.

Booking:

  • Calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance via the online scheduling tool.
  • Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with meeting details.
  • We may use the contact information provided for marketing purposes. To opt-out, email classes@gingiber.com.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your call. Missed calls without notice may not be rescheduled.

Call Guidelines:

  • Each call lasts 15 minutes. Please come prepared with specific questions.
  • Only one call per person.

Risk-Free Guarantee (April 2024 New Students Only)

Exclusively for students who enrolled in the April 2024 cohort only. If you do not earn the equivalent of your course enrollment fee in gross revenue within 12-months of completing and applying the program, you can join a quarterly group coaching program for free for up to a year (or until you meet the revenue goal, whichever comes first).

Requirements:

  • Complete all lessons and mark them as "Watched" in your classroom.
  • Attend or watch the Q&A sessions and mark them as "Watched" in your classroom.
  • Actively implement the course material, such as:
    • For licensing art: Pitch to five companies.
    • For product sales: Mockup five products and pitch them.

This guarantee is only for April 2024 new students and must be claimed by June 2025.

POLICY:

When members signed up, the checkout page contained a mandatory check box selected that indicated that the member had read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This agreement is legally binding.

Monthly and annual subscribers can unsubscribe at any point before their next billing period. Please read below what our Cancellation Policy is. 

Subscribers will receive new content monthly until they have submitted a request for cancellation via the instructions on our subscription FAQ document located inside the student portal. You cannot terminate payment plans legally until after your payment plan has been fulfilled. We will process your cancellation request when received, but it will not go into effect until after your payment plan has concluded. 

Subscription refunds: due to the nature of the content, we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing date which will be the same day each month (if the monthly plan was selected) or the same day each year (if the annual plan was selected). Please make note of the day of the month (or year) that your membership renews. Refunds are not available once the payment has been processed.

Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of enrollment. If you cancel your Subscription and return in the future, the fees will be subject to the price of the subscription at the time of repurchase.

Terms and Conditions

Upon signing up, members agreed to these Terms and Conditions through a required checkbox at checkout. This agreement is legally binding.

Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe at any time. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Coaching Call Access

Subscribers will receive invitations to quarterly coaching calls and can access the Coaching Calls classroom until they cancel their subscription by emailing a cancellation request to payments@gingiber.com.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital content, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, you must do so before your next billing date, which is the same day each quarter. Be sure to note your renewal date, as we do not offer refunds once payment is processed.

If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, your subscription price will reflect the current pricing at that time.


CREATIVE HIVE MASTERMIND

Confidentiality

The Group encourages a space of trust and openness. Therefore, all participants agree to:

  • Keep all discussions, personal information, and business strategies shared within the Group strictly confidential.
  • Not disclose or distribute any proprietary or sensitive information shared by other members without explicit consent.

Participation Expectations

  • Members are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, unless otherwise communicated to the facilitator(s).

  • Active participation is encouraged, but members are expected to be respectful and considerate of others during discussions.

  • Members should come prepared to share their own insights and challenges while offering support and constructive feedback to other participants.

Payment and Membership Fees

  • Membership fees for the group are to be paid in full either using the flat fee or payment plans. This is not a subscription. 

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or removal from the Group.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive and productive environment, all members agree to:

  • Refrain from inappropriate or offensive behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind.
  • Respect the time, opinions, and contributions of all other members.
  • Follow the Group’s structure, including start times, breaks, and session formats as outlined by the facilitator(s).

Intellectual Property

  • Any materials, templates, or resources provided by the facilitator(s) or other members are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.

  • Any ideas, advice, or strategies shared by members within the Group remain the intellectual property of the individual who shared them unless otherwise agreed upon.

Facilitator’s Role and Authority

  • The facilitator(s) of the Group are responsible for guiding discussions, managing session flow, and ensuring compliance with these TOS.

  • Stacie Bloomfield and her team reserve the right to remove any member from the Group who violates these terms or disrupts the learning environment.

  • Stacie Bloomfield and her team may make adjustments to the schedule, format, or membership as necessary and will communicate these changes in advance.

Cancellation and Termination

  • Stacie Bloomfield and her team reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Group at any time, with appropriate notice to members.

Disclaimers

  • The Group is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participation.

  • Members are responsible for their own actions and decisions made based on discussions within the Group.
